Skillbridge Extern - Recruiting Coordinator
About the Role
Black Rifle Coffee Company is proud to support transitioning service members through the DOD SkillBridge Program. As a Recruiting Coordinator Intern, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship in the field of Talent Acquisition, with a focus on high-volume retail hiring across our corporate-owned outposts. This is a learning-focused opportunity designed to help you build foundational skills in recruiting, HR systems, candidate experience, and cross-functional communication. This internship is ideal for someone interested in learning how a recruiting team operates in a fast-paced, mission-driven consumer brand.
Responsibilities
- Learn how to coordinate candidate interviews with General Managers and Area Managers.
- Gain experience managing multiple schedules across time zones using digital tools.
- Understand how to prepare candidates and hiring teams for a great interview experience.
- Get trained in Workday ATS to manage candidate pipelines and requisitions.
- Learn the process for posting jobs, updating statuses, and keeping records clean and accurate.
- Develop technical skills in applicant tracking and process documentation.
- Discover how to be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Practice clear and timely communication with candidates to guide them through interviews.
- Learn to troubleshoot issues, reschedule interviews, and maintain a high-touch experience.

Requirements
- Must be an Active-duty service member eligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program within 180 days of separation.
- Pre-approval from Chain of Command to participate in internship lasting at least 90 days.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with recruiting or administrative functions is a plus.
- Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is provided at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several job-related factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs. This range does not include the value of benefits, bonuses, incentives, equity, or other forms of compensation that may be available.
