Skeletal Dysplasia Account Manager (West Region)

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plan targeting relevant healthcare providers
• Demonstrate expertise in Infigratinib and achondroplasia
• Identify growth opportunities and proactively address challenges
• Collaborate with medical and reimbursement teams to enhance satisfaction
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders to advocate for Infigratinib
• Work across teams to represent the company with integrity
• Maintain high proficiency in sales and market knowledge

Requirements

• 8-10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech, with 4+ years in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia
• BS/BA required, MBA a plus
• Product launch experience in competitive markets
• Strong account management and strategic implementation skills
• Effective communicator with leadership capabilities
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Curiosity and adaptability with AI-powered tools

Pay

$155,000 – $210,000 annually
