Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory business plans to meet sales goals for Infigratinib
- Engage healthcare providers in discussions about achondroplasia and skeletal dysplasia
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and proactively address challenges
- Collaborate with various teams to maximize customer satisfaction and support families
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders to enhance advocacy for the product
- Maintain high proficiency in product knowledge and territory market conditions
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in all activities
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with 4+ years in rare or genetic diseases preferred
- Experience with achondroplasia or pediatric rare diseases is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record in product launch and account management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on influence and accountability
- Demonstrated comfort with AI-powered tools and an eagerness to learn new technologies
- Commitment to ethical standards and compliance in pharmaceutical practice
