Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic territory business plan targeting key healthcare providers
- Engage in compliant discussions around Infigratinib and the skeletal dysplasia landscape
- Identify business growth opportunities using sales data
- Anticipate and adapt to potential business challenges
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure customer and family satisfaction
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and advocacy groups
- Maintain high proficiency in product and territory knowledge
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech; 4+ years in rare disease or skeletal dysplasia required
- Experience with achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease preferred
- BS/BA required, MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of launching products into new or competitive markets
- Strong account management and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with AI technologies and tools
