Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting healthcare providers to meet sales goals
- Engage healthcare professionals in compliant discussions about Infigratinib and skeletal dysplasia
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively address territory challenges using sales data
- Anticipate potential business challenges and adjust priorities as needed
- Collaborate with Medical and Reimbursement teams to enhance customer and family satisfaction
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders to expand advocacy for Infigratinib
- Maintain deep clinical and product knowledge while ensuring compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech; 4+ years in rare disease or genetic disease required
- BS/BA required, MBA preferred
- Proven product launch experience, particularly in competitive or new markets
- Success in analyzing complex accounts and driving measurable impact
- Effective leadership and communication skills required
- Demonstrated curiosity with AI-powered tools and adaptability in technology
- Commitment to ethical standards and compliance culture
