Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a dynamic territory business plan targeting key healthcare professionals
- Engage HCPs in compliant discussions on Infigratinib and skeletal dysplasia
- Identify growth opportunities using sales and target data to address territory challenges
- Anticipate business challenges and adjust strategies proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to advocate for Infigratinib
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and guidelines in all activities
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; 4+ years in rare disease or genetic disease required
- BS/BA required, MBA preferred
- Extensive travel required
- Proven experience launching products in competitive markets
- Success in account management with analytical strategy implementation
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Adaptability with AI-powered tools and technologies
