Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a dynamic territory business plan targeting key healthcare providers to surpass sales goals
- Engage healthcare professionals in discussions leveraging knowledge of Infigratinib and skeletal dysplasia
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and proactively address challenges in the territory
- Anticipate business challenges and adapt strategies accordingly while finding solutions
- Collaborate with various teams, including Medical Affairs and Reimbursement Managers, to enhance customer satisfaction
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders to promote Infigratinib and the company’s initiatives
- Maintain a high level of expertise in selling, market dynamics, and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech industry; 4+ years in rare or genetic disease experience required, preferably achondroplasia
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
- Extensive travel willingness is necessary
- Proven experience in product or indication launches in competitive markets
- Success in account management with a strategy-driven approach
- Strong leadership and communication skills with sound judgment and organizational capabilities
- Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability with AI-powered tools
