Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a dynamic business plan targeting key health care professionals in the skeletal dysplasia field
- Engage health care providers in knowledgeable discussions about Infigratinib and current treatment landscapes
- Utilize sales data to explore growth opportunities and tackle challenges within the territory
- Anticipate business challenges and pivot strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer and family satisfaction
- Build lasting relationships with key opinion leaders and advocacy groups for improved product support
- Maintain high proficiency in sales, product knowledge, and compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech industry; 4+ years in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia required
- Experience with achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record in product/indication launch within competitive or new markets
- Strong capabilities in account management and strategic implementation for measurable outcomes
- Effective leadership and communication skills with strong organizational judgment
