Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting key healthcare professionals to achieve sales goals
- Engage healthcare providers in discussions about Infigratinib and skeletal dysplasia
- Utilize data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges in the territory
- Adapt priorities and solutions to meet potential business challenges proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to advocate for the product
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies throughout activities
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech; 4+ years in rare disease or skeletal dysplasia required, achondroplasia experience preferred
- BS/BA required, MBA preferred
- Proven product launch experience in competitive markets
- Success in analyzing complex accounts and building implementation strategies
- Effective communication and leadership skills with high accountability
- Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability with AI-powered tools
- Commitment to ethical standards and compliance culture
Pay
$155,000 – $210,000 annually
