About the role
The Sites & Operations Coordinator supports the Sites and CapEx Department, and also provides general operations and finance support. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth operation of physical spaces, programming environments, and daily operational functions, aligning with the organization's mission.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance physical spaces and programming environments
- Support the implementation of new infrastructure and improvements
- Improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
- Support staff in their delivery of impactful experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., facilities management, business administration)
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in administrative or operations support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with facility management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
