About the role
The Sites & Operations Coordinator supports the Sites and CapEx Department, and also provides general operations and finance support. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth operation of physical spaces, programming environments, and daily functions, while maintaining the campus and improving workflows.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance physical spaces and programming environments
- Support the Sites and CapEx Department with administrative tasks
- Ensure efficient and aligned operational functions
- Improve workflows and support staff in delivering impactful experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., facilities management, business administration)
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in administrative or operations support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with facility management software
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting
