Responsibilities
- Aid in the product setup and activation process, including item creation, photography, copy, and inventory under the guidance of the Site Merchant team.
- Create, test, and implement promotional codes to support offer-based sales and discounts as directed by the Senior Site Operations Manager.
- Manage E-commerce PIM and platform catalog operations, focusing on hard markdown execution, clearance style moves, and Product Detail Page (PDP) separations for style colorway markdowns.
- Shadow the Senior Operations Manager to assist with catalog replication, content refreshes, and new product and feature launches coordinated by the Front-End Developers and Product teams.
- Assist Site Merchandising Managers with administrative tasks such as special project launches, inventory tracking, PIM maintenance, and other duties.
- Collaborate with key cross-functional partners including Developers, Creative Services, Customer Service, and Merchandise Pricing & Planning teams.
- Track site health key performance indicators (KPIs) and report any issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational best practices.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce operations or digital retail.
- Proficiency in PIM software and a Content Management System, with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience preferred.
- Adaptability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Exposure to web analytics and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
- Passion for E-commerce and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
Position Details
This position requires 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Midtown Manhattan. It reports into the Senior Site Operations Manager.
Pay
The pay range for this position is USD $28.80 - USD $38.63 per hour.
