The Totowa team is seeking an experienced Site Operations Coordinator. Ideal candidates should enjoy a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
About the role
This position requires a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight and guidance to other administrative support
- Create Excel charts, reports, presentations, and other materials
- Manage busy calendars, make travel arrangements, organize meetings and site events
- Facilities coordination, site maintenance, ordering site supplies, and processing Fed-Ex shipments
- Collaborate with HR and corporate organizations, solving problems proactively
Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities include:
- Create Excel charts, reports, presentations, and other materials
- Manage busy calendars, make travel arrangements, organize meetings and site events
- Facilities coordination, site maintenance, ordering site supplies, and processing Fed-Ex shipments
- Collaborate with HR and corporate organizations, solving problems proactively
Requirements
Preferred qualifications include:
- 8 years of experience directly supporting multiple leaders for a multisite organization, international coordination a plus
- Experience with task management, facilities, day-to-day business operations
- Proactive approach with the ability to independently and collaboratively work on a wide range of time-sensitive assignments
- Passionate teammate with a proactive approach to challenges
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree plus 0 years' experience
Skills
Skills required include:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions
- Acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Base Pay Range: $26.59 - $45.20 Per Hour
