About the role

As the Site Recruiting Coordinator, you will be a vital partner to our recruiters, providing the essential support that empowers our talent acquisition team. Your focus will be coordinating logistics for on-site interviews and other site visits. This is a 2-year, fixed-duration role designed to create immediate strategic capacity. Reporting through our talent acquisition operations team, your work is critical to modernizing how we recruit, reduce administrative workload, and deliver a stronger return on every dollar we invest in our talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to schedule on-site candidate experiences, with a primary focus on the expert coordination of complex, multi-stakeholder on-site interviews and site visits.
  • Manage logistics for candidate visits, from sending calendar invites and booking rooms to arranging detailed travel, accommodations, and site tours, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the on-site interview process, providing clear communication and timely updates to elevate the candidate experience.
  • Support a positive intern and academic worker experience by serving as a key point of contact, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth transitions into and out of the company.
  • Managing the seasonal logistics of career fair season including meeting logistics, coordination of employee participation, confirmation of shipping materials and more to ensure the success and impact of career fair participation.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a coordination, administrative, or talent acquisition role (relevant internship experience will be considered).

Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and coordinate complex logistical details.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Preferred qualifications

  • Proven ability to solve problems and suggest improvements to existing processes.
  • Familiarity with recruiting systems (e.g., Workday, Handshake) or other HR/CRM technologies.
  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to deliver a project or event.

Additional Information

Location: Global Elanco Headquarters - Indianapolis, IN - Hybrid Work Environment

Travel: Travel may be required up to 25%, primarily during peak university recruiting seasons, to support career fairs and other partnership events.

Employment Type: This is a 2-year, hourly, fixed-duration position.
