What To Expect

• Compensation: $17.13 to $18.00
• Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 9-5:30 pm
• Location: 210 West Cataldo Avenue, Spokane, WA 99201

Responsibilities

• Enhance the donor experience by providing excellent customer service
• Collaborate on specialized calling projects, to include conversions, reminders calls and engaging first time donors
• Support blood centers by implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing donor scheduling, and offering expertise on eligibility and donation requirements
• Contribute to the onboarding of new hires and conduct refresher training to both new and existing staff

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Six months experience in customer service
• Two years of customer service experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills
