Job Description

Vitalant is seeking a Fixed Site Recruitment Supervisor dedicated to making a positive difference. The role supports Vitalant’s life-saving mission by overseeing and coordinating Donor Outreach Coordinators and Donor Relation Specialists.

What To Expect

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexible hours depending on the needs of our frontline staff. Supervisors are also expected to participate in around 7 weekend on-call coverage throughout the year.
• Coverage: Complete call quality monitoring and provide appropriate feedback to staff. Oversee rebooking and on-site conversion programs. Manage group and individual messaging, ensuring script development and compliance.
