About the role

The Clinical Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of healthcare professionals across the organization. This position serves as the primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and internal departments to ensure a seamless and positive hiring experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping healthcare organizations attract and retain exceptional clinical talent.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and manage interview scheduling and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Avoid delays in the recruitment lifecycle by ensuring timely movement of candidates.
  • Support recruiters with sourcing activities, candidate screening, and talent pipeline development.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates during the hiring process.
  • Provide candidates with information regarding job opportunities, benefits, onboarding requirements, and organizational culture.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates to ensure engagement.
  • Assist with verification of licenses, certifications, education, and employment history.
  • Congratulate new hires and facilitate onboarding activities for newly hired clinical staff.
  • Coordinate orientation schedules and new hire paperwork.
  • Partner with HR, credentialing, and department leadership to ensure a smooth transition into employment.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate reports as needed.
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation is completed and maintained in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruiting, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
