Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of mailroom and office services, including mail processing, conference room setup, and equipment usage.
  • Respond to and resolve facilities requests promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, including ordering and delivery logistics across assigned floors.
  • Foster a customer-focused environment through exceptional service and adaptability to changing needs.
  • Supervise and guide a small team, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations as necessary.
  • Utilize Ricoh tools and products efficiently, offering alternatives where appropriate.
  • Ensure operational quality by meeting deadlines, achieving service level agreements (SLAs), and adhering to company compliance standards.
  • Conduct and support client reporting, presentations, and business reviews in alignment with contractual requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery and align with financial goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B or technical industries).
  • Previous customer-facing work experience (1+ year).
  • Demonstrated understanding of technology and basic technical aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Moderate problem-solving abilities and tactical thought processing.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in managing and leading a small team.
