  • At least 1 year experience in Supply Chain – transportation, logistics, or operations
  • Familiarity with industries where React Health operates
  • PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain
  • PREFERRED: Experience

Duties And Essential Functions

  • Work cross-functionally to overcome barriers and identify resources required to achieve financial goals
  • Responsible for outbound logistics or warehouse fulfillment activities within a multi-million-dollar supply chain
  • Responsible for implementing and measuring new supply chain initiatives, while maintaining foundational processes and procedures
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of relevant carrier modes and warehousing operations
  • Support sourcing initiatives (optimal sourcing, tactical sourcing adjustments, ad hoc capacity procurement, etc.)
  • Manage tactical and strategic procurement events to execute shipments through the supply chain
  • Prepare for ad hoc and contractual carrier negotiations
  • Maintain key strategic relationships with transportation providers and warehousing partners
  • Monitor key performance indicators for improvement and control purposes
  • Identify cost saving opportunities and drive execution of initiatives with management team
  • Primary supply chain point of contact for customer advocate reps, sales, and transportation vendors
  • Able to accept rapidly changing priorities, shift focus to accomplish a tactical goal, then return to strategic priorities without losing productivity
  • Maintain and update existing supply chain SOPs; create new SOPs as needed
  • Collaborate with both carriers and customers (internal and external) to drive overall supply chain efficiencies
  • Attends and participates in departmental meetings
  • Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence
  • Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met
  • Follow evidence base standards of medical care through adherence to existing policies and procedures
  • Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor
  • Provides customer focused interactions
  • Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department
