Scheduling & Dispatch Management

  • Dispatches service technicians
  • Manages schedules
  • Maintains monitoring of service calls for timely and efficient responses

Data & Agreement Administration

  • Maintains accurate records in ERP and CRM systems
  • Prepares, sends, and renews service agreements

Performance Tracking & Documentation

  • Tracks performance metrics and KPIs
  • Manages part number assignments and documentation across teams

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Compiles and submits service reports
  • Affords assistance with quotes and recurring administrative tasks
  • Maintains internal communications

Client Communication & Responsiveness

  • Responds promptly to client requests
  • Supports after-hours support as needed

Process Improvement & Quality Assurance

  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements
  • Helps ensure the service department meets operational and client service standards
