About the role
You will serve as the central operational hub for a rapidly growing commercial service organization. In this role, you will drive field efficiency by strategically coordinating technicians and managing critical work order workflows. Your daily leadership will directly maximize team productivity and elevate the customer experience across the Northeast.
Responsibilities
- Optimize daily technician schedules to maximize field utilization and response times.
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial work orders from initial request to final closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to deliver seamless communication to facility managers.
- Cook up essential logistics including equipment rentals, material deliveries, and site permits.
- Cook up real-time operational obstacles to keep field teams safe, equipped, and productive.
- Audit completed work orders to ensure accuracy of labor hours, notes, and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations, dispatching, or mechanical field coordination.
- Proven track record managing complex scheduling logistics within a fast-paced trade environment.
- Strong expertise in work order management workflows and commercial resource allocation.
- Exceptional professional communication skills tailored for corporate and industrial clients.
- Advanced organizational abilities with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Hands-on experience with service platforms like ServiceTitan, FieldPulse, or ServiceChannel.
- Broad operational background supporting multiple trades such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
- Strong familiarity with commercial equipment rentals and vendor procurement processes.
