Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of mailroom and office services, including mail processing, conference room setup, and equipment usage.
- Respond to and resolve facilities requests promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee office supply inventory, including ordering and delivery logistics across assigned floors.
- Foster a customer-focused environment through exceptional service and adaptability to changing needs.
- Supervise and guide a small team, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations as necessary.
- Utilize Ricoh tools and products efficiently, offering alternatives where appropriate.
- Ensure operational quality by meeting deadlines, achieving service level agreements (SLAs), and adhering to company compliance standards.
- Conduct and support client reporting, presentations, and business reviews in alignment with contractual requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery and align with financial goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B or technical industries).
- Previous customer-facing work experience (1+ year).
- Demonstrated understanding of technology and basic technical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Moderate problem-solving abilities and tactical thought processing.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in managing and leading a small team.
