About the role
The Site Manager oversees the Dental and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery departments, leading a team of approximately 25 caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient daily operations
- Manage clinical workflows
- Oversee supply chain
- Support a centralized call center for patient services
- Provide front-line support

- Monitor staff performance
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts
Qualifications & Skills
- High School diploma required (Associate's preferred)
- At least 2 years of office practice experience and supervisory or workflow management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills are essential
