Site Leader
About the role
The Site Leader oversees the day-to-day operations of a small onsite services center, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and contract compliance. This role serves as the primary onsite contact for customers, supports a small team, and manages mail, shipping, copy, scanning, and related office services.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of mail, copy, scanning, shipping, and receiving services.
- Serve as the primary customer contact and resolve service issues promptly.
- Support and guide a small team, including task assignments, training, and workflow coordination.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual requirements.
- Monitor site performance, maintain operational reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Operate and troubleshoot office technology, including copiers, multifunction devices, mail, and imaging equipment.
- Coordinate supplies, vendor interactions, and facility-related requests as needed.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and development of site personnel.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in office services, mailroom, print production, or a related environment.
- Previous leadership, training, or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using office technology and business systems.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office services environment.
