About the role
The Site Leader is accountable for the daily operations of small-site facilities, including managing contracted office services and acting as the primary point of contact for customer issues and contract compliance.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, and imaging/mail equipment.
- Assist with courier services, reception, switchboard operations, shipping/receiving, and mail processing.
- Handle customer issues and contract compliance for sites without a Site Manager.
- Train and develop assigned staff, handle formal customer contacts, and implement RICOH Service Excellence programs.
- Manage shift profitability, track progress against Service Level Agreements, and report compliance and performance improvements to customer key contacts.
- Support recruitment, staffing, and performance management of site personnel.
- Facilitate resolution of pricing/order-related issues with the sales department.
- Complete site reports and other paperwork on time and accurately.
- May perform additional tasks such as office supply inventory reordering, conference room coordination, and A/V equipment resource management.
- Assist assigned leadership with training and development of site personnel.
- Place requisitions for site products and supplies using Oracle's iProcurement application.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
- Previous training experience preferred.
- 2 years of customer-facing work experience required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in technology.
