Site Leader

About the role

We manage and support over 1 billion square feet of facilities space for leading organizations, providing comprehensive facility services from mechanical maintenance and site-based operations to energy-efficiency upgrades and supplier-managed interior/exterior maintenance.

The Site Leader will plan, direct, coordinate, and execute all facility maintenance-related activities to ensure client needs are met or exceeded. This is a working position responsible for service delivery, administrative tasks, quality results, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and on-demand maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including audits, responding to alarms, system failures, and occupant complaints.
• Available to answer paid emergency calls 24/7.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality work is provided to the site.
• Serve as the key point of contact for the client and subcontractors.
• Conduct management analysis of facility equipment.
• Maintain site process manuals, ensure compliance with SOPs, and meet safety requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent.
• Five or more years of mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
• Experience understanding and applying safety requirements (e.g., Fall Protection, LOTO, Haz Com).
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, including safety policies and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations.
• Must understand and be able to utilize an iPad.

Skills

• Mechanical experience including electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and training.
