What You Will Do

  • Lead the delivery of contracted services at Boeing (Site Location/Function)
  • Deploy service solutions that meet agreed upon Standards of Performance (SOP) and Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Achieve business objectives (PEP), identify and resolve shortfalls and issues
  • Manage Chronic Issue resolution (Root Cause Analysis)
  • Provide leadership to achieve positive Customer Experience and Employee Motivation & Satisfaction
  • P&L Management
  • Provide input/support for accurate and timely client billing
  • Provide leadership and a motivating team environment for employees

Experience

  • 2 - 4 years of account experience
  • Multiple account management experience desired
  • Financial planning and analysis experience required
