About Blue Peak Ventures
Blue Peak Ventures is a Canadian-based, founder-led real estate company focused on complex residential properties in South Carolina, USA. We step in when a property cannot move through a normal sale because something is unresolved, such as an estate, missing heirs, title issue, lien, foreclosure, disputed document, or occupant situation. These are the properties many buyers walk away from because the path forward is unclear. Our job is to understand what is holding the property up, bring together the right legal and title support, and help create a practical way forward. We are still early in building the business, so this is not a role where everything is already figured out for you. You will be part of a small team that is building the systems, processes, and standards needed to handle difficult work well, and to do it more consistently as the company grows.
About the role
Too many priorities, decisions, and follow-ups still flow through the founder. This role creates leverage by protecting the founder’s attention, keeping priorities visible, and ensuring important commitments move forward. This is not a calendar-only role. You will manage the founder’s operating rhythm: calendar and priority management, meeting preparation, decision tracking, written follow-up, communications, and coordination with internal and external partners. You will help distinguish what is urgent from what is merely loud, make handoffs reliable, and bring recommendations rather than simply forwarding problems. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO through weekly planning, brief daily check-ins, and clear written follow-up.
