Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• 2+ years of experience in home care services
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
• Previous leadership and sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain client schedules and charting sheets
• Build relationships with clients and staff
• Complete mini assessments for RN on new referrals
• Train new employees
• Maintain communication with office, director, and clients
• Provide customer service and care services
• Assist and direct care staff to ensure quality client care in alignment with Interim HealthCare’s standards, policy, philosophy, and resident well-being
• Lead and motivate employees to provide quality care and maintain high customer satisfaction
