The Site Manager oversees clinical trial operations at an on-site location, managing study teams, patient recruitment, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple therapeutic trials. Responsibilities Include Leading site operations, training staff, and serving as the primary contact for operational leadershipCoordinating enrollment and revenue strategies, developing patient recruitment plansServing as the main CRC on six or more medium-to-high complexity studies, with backup CRC supportConducting quality control on documentation and regulatory materials in collaboration with QAManaging participant scheduling, informed consent, adverse event reporting, specimen handling, and study visits Qualifications And Skills Clinical experience performing vitals, blood draws, EKGs, and similar proceduresCRC Level II capabilities with proven ability to fulfill responsibilitiesExtensive knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirementsStrong experience in site operations and drug development processesLeadership, project management, and process development training
