Shuttle Driver / Guest Experience Ambassador

What You'll Do

• Provide Safe & Reliable Transportation
• Transport guests between airports and participating hotels safely and efficiently
• Monitor flight schedules and adjust pickup times as needed
• Ensure timely arrivals and departures while maintaining a smooth guest experience
• Aid guests with luggage and boarding
• Create Memorable Guest Experiences
• Greet every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Share local recommendations—restaurants, attractions, beaches, and events
• Provide helpful tips, insight, and even fun facts about Gulf Shores
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming shuttle environment
• Own the Details
• Track trips and schedules using company systems
• Communicate proactively with hotel leadership regarding delays or issues
• Keep accurate trip records and maintain operational accountability
• Maintain Vehicle Standards
• Perform daily inspections and ensure vehicle is safe to operate
• Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and guest-ready at all times
• Report maintenance concerns immediately and follow safety protocols
• Support Hotel Operations
• When not driving, assist the front desk during busy periods
• Help maintain lobby and guest areas
• Restock market or guest amenities
• Support overall hotel operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (luggage)
