Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards
- All orders are processed within 24 hours
- Verify orders for accuracy before shipment
- Create and manage shipping labels and documentation
- Cook up and manage shipping logistics
- Clean and organize the shipping area to ensure efficiency
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries regarding shipments
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in handling shipping software and tools
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Preferences
- Experience in the firearm industry or related retail experience
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and best practices
