About the role
Shipping Specialists are responsible for managing the logistics of product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Update inventory records and maintain accurate shipping documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance
- Experience with shipping software
