What You'll Do
- Cook up daily outbound shipments to guarantee on-time client conveyance.
- Prepare, pack, authenticate, and label shipments for accuracy.
- Receive incoming materials and authenticate shipments against packing documentation.
- Couple with freight carriers and schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Manage internal fleet activities and external processing to keep materials moving efficiently.
- Monitor shipping performance and identify chances for procedure enhancements utilizing Lean standards.
- Preserve a neat, organized, and secure shipping division.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service to meet client anticipations.
What We're Looking For
- Two or more years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
- Understanding of shipping protocols and freight documentation.
- Forklift experience or eagerness to get certified.
- Basic computer abilities for shipping and inventory transactions.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to multi-task.
- Commitment to security, quality, and team spirit.
Physical Requirements
- Capacity to stand, stroll, bend, and move through the shift.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Capacity to work securely around forklifts, shipping apparatuses, and manufacturing operations.

Compensation
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour, contingent upon experience.
Qualifications
