Our Clean Harbors facility in Baltimore, MD is searching for a Facility Coordinator to join their team.

About the role

As a Facility Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating several different functions in the facility, including receiving, shipping, and general administration.

Pay

$20 per hour

Schedule

1st shift, 9am–5pm

Responsibilities

  • Work well with a team
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Shipping and receiving truckloads in the WIN system
  • Printing and creating outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for outbound loads
  • Detail-oriented processing of government-regulated manifests to ensure accuracy
  • Mailing of shipping documents
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications (Word, Excel)
  • Organization and filing of plant paperwork and truck-to-truck paperwork
  • Filing, typing, and general clerical duties
  • Administrative duties as required by supervisors
  • Proper housekeeping
  • Adherence to all applicable CHES policies and CHES SOPs
  • Maintain a safe working environment that complies with all applicable OSHA regulations and company Health & Safety and Compliance protocols
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Forklift experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to use a computer
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
