Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
Our Clean Harbors facility in Baltimore, MD is searching for a Facility Coordinator to join their team.
About the role
As a Facility Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating several different functions in the facility, including receiving, shipping, and general administration.

$20 per hour
Schedule
1st shift, 9am–5pm

Responsibilities
- Work well with a team
- Strong data entry skills
- Shipping and receiving truckloads in the WIN system
- Printing and creating outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for outbound loads
- Detail-oriented processing of government-regulated manifests to ensure accuracy
- Mailing of shipping documents
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications (Word, Excel)
- Organization and filing of plant paperwork and truck-to-truck paperwork
- Filing, typing, and general clerical duties
- Administrative duties as required by supervisors
- Proper housekeeping
- Adherence to all applicable CHES policies and CHES SOPs
- Maintain a safe working environment that complies with all applicable OSHA regulations and company Health & Safety and Compliance protocols
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ years of related experience
- Forklift experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to use a computer
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
