Shift Managers Needed for Mornings, Afternoons & Evenings

About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience. Additionally, Department Managers handle more responsibilities such as managing assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to maintain high standards of service
• Manage assigned Systems including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
• Follow up on tasks and report results

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants
