Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take corrective actions, ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards, manage safety and security, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
- Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting departmental goals.
- May be responsible for food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
