Shift Managers - Afternoon/Evening

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Monitor performance during the shift and take necessary actions to ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability within the shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for running a successful shift.
• Meet and exceed targets set for the shift and assist in meeting departmental goals.
• Be responsible for food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing the crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, and scheduling.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible schedule that can accommodate the demands of the position.
• The ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.
• To be at least 18 years old.
