About the role
The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for various aspects including food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing the crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
- Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness.
- Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
- Handle safety and security responsibilities.
- Schedule staff effectively.
- Train new and existing employees.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and a flexible schedule.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role.
