About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers also assist in meeting departmental targets and managing crew and other managers during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
• Ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers
• May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping departments meet their goals
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
• Manage crew and handle scheduling
• Train new employees
• Ensure food safety and security
• Handle exceptional customer service issues

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace
• Must be 18 years or older
