About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for providing leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Meet targets during shifts
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
• Ensure food safety and exceptional customer service
• Manage crew and handle safety and security
• Train new employees

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun
• Must be 18 years or older
