About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for providing leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments meet their goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift
• Meet targets during shifts
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Manage safety and security
• Train crew members

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants
