About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for various aspects such as food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, cleanliness, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety, and security.

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
  • Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
  • Manage inventory, food safety, and daily maintenance.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle safety and security issues.
  • Schedule staff and manage their availability.
  • Train new employees and enhance existing skills.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Qualifications
