About the role

The job is for a Shift Manager position starting at $17/hr for Managers and $18/hr for Overnight Managers. Bonuses and benefits such as performance-based bonuses and optional subsidized health insurance are available.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
• Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, managing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness, quality food production, exceptional customer service, and safety and security.
• Train crew members.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• A positive attitude and a flexible schedule.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for a manager position.

Qualifications
