Requirements
- Lead shifts every week
- Maintain high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Monitor and ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
- Ensure safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
- Meet targets during shifts and help departments meet goals
Responsibilities
- Plan for each shift
- Monitor performance during the shift
- Manage inventory and daily maintenance
- Train crew and manage their performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage food safety and production
- Manage crew scheduling
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic setting
- Must be 18 years or older
