About the role
The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. This role supports the restaurant's operations by performing various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Filtering oil fryers daily
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week
- Taking out and emptying trash compactor
- Changing light bulbs
- Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should be able to perform the above tasks. No previous experience is necessary as training will be provided.
Qualifications
While not required, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong attention to detail and physical stamina are also important.
Skills
Basic computer skills are helpful, but not required. The ability to follow directions and work independently is essential.
