About the role
The role involves assisting management in maintaining a clean and well-maintained restaurant environment, including filtering oil fryers daily, maintaining outside grounds, cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms, unloading the delivery truck, taking out and emptying the trash compactor, changing light bulbs, cleaning HVAC/exhaust units and the roof of debris.
Responsibilities
- Filtering oil fryers daily
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week
- Taking out and emptying trash compactor
- Changing light bulbs
- Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
