About the role
The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. This role supports the restaurant's operations with various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Filtering oil fryers daily
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week
- Taking out and emptying trash compactor
- Changing light bulbs
- Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
