Shift Manager - Franchise - Triple D Drive Thru (Waldorf, MD)

About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance.
• Supervise restaurant employees to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
