Shift Manager - Franchise - Crofton Drive Thru (Crofton, MD)

About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Supervise restaurant employees to ensure they provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer.
• Communicate effectively with other managers and staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license.
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
